Where does my experience create the most value — and how do I position it?

One-to-one sessions, online. The engagement runs over five weeks with weekly sessions, or as otherwise agreed.

The strategic work is rigorous. The coaching space is psychologically safe. And the integration of both is what makes it different.

Before each session you complete structured pre-work that draws on your professional knowledge and judgement. After each session I send you post-session notes with the key insights from our conversation and guidance for building towards what comes next. How are you feeling about change right now — really? We explore your energy, your emotional resourcefulness, how you’re feeling about AI and what might be holding you back. This session includes a brief AI fluency assessment — an honest baseline of where you stand with AI right now. Not a cheerful self-assessment — an honest picture of what you can sustain and what needs addressing first.

How is this different from career coaching?

Career coaches help with positioning but don’t understand how AI is reshaping what value looks like. AI consultants know the technology but can’t hold the identity conversation. Executive advisors work on your inner world but disconnect it from the strategic reality shifting outside. The Reorientation works at the intersection of all three — and produces tangible outputs you can use immediately.

What if I haven’t used AI much?

That’s fine — and more common than you’d think at this level. This isn’t an AI training program. It’s about understanding what AI means for your value, your positioning, and your decisions. The program includes a brief AI fluency assessment so we calibrate to where you are — and if you want a structured path forward, the optional AI Capability Plan gives you a personalised development roadmap.

What does the pre-work involve?

Around 30–45 minutes before each session. Structured templates that draw on your professional knowledge and judgement — designed to generate your best thinking, not add to your workload. Optional AI prompts are included if you want to pressure-test your thinking further.

What if I don’t know what sector I’m targeting?
